Baby Diaper Machine

Our automatic T-shape baby diaper machine brings core preparation, material assembly and T-shaped product forming into one continuous converting line. We build the process around the finished diaper: how the layers sit together, where the core is positioned and how the outline is formed before folding.

Those details matter when soft materials are moving through the machine. Nonwoven fabric and thin PE film behave differently under tension, and a small shift between layers can appear as an uneven edge or an off-centre core. Our approach to line configuration considers the material widths, bonding positions and cutting arrangement together, so each stage follows the same product design.

Adhesive bonding also influences the finished diaper's feel. The layers need a secure connection while retaining the flexibility expected from a disposable baby diaper. We consider the adhesive, cover materials and diaper dimensions together when defining the converting setup.

The T-type line covers M, L and XL products, with a specified stable production speed of 500 pcs/min. An existing diaper sample or a new product drawing gives us a practical starting point for discussing the machine. From there, we work through the materials and forming requirements with you to define a line for the T-shaped diaper you want to make.
