Description
DanE’s automatic underpad making machine produces disposable medical underpads, pet training pads and food absorbent pads for fresh food trays. Pad length, width, absorbent core structure and material combinations are configured according to the product specification, allowing the line to support different pad formats and absorbency requirements.
The machine processes nonwoven, tissue, fluff pulp, SAP and PE film through core preparation, layer assembly, embossing and cutting. Adjustable material tension and automatic web guiding help maintain alignment during production, while folding and rejection systems handle the finished pads.
PLC control and a touchscreen interface allow operators to set production parameters, including running speed, cut length and SAP application. A servo-controlled main drive coordinates the production units. Line speeds range from 100 to 300 m/min depending on configuration. Downstream stacking and bagging equipment can be integrated according to output and packaging requirements.
