Our baby diaper lines offer design speeds of 500–900 pcs/min, while sanitary napkin lines reach up to 1,500 pcs/min. We’ll help you choose a suitable configuration based on your expected output and investment budget.

You can produce multiple sizes within the line’s designed range. For major structural differences, such as open diapers and pull-up pants, we’ll recommend the appropriate production line or required modifications.

Can we use our existing raw materials and suppliers?
Send us your material samples or specifications so we can check compatibility. We can also help you source SAP, fluff pulp, nonwoven fabrics, films, and adhesives if needed.
